As you go through your senior year, you will likely need a transcript sent to colleges, scholarship committees, or employment agencies. In order to complete this process, you simply come to the Guidance Office and complete a transcript request form. Be sure to provide the location and address that you want your transcript sent. Transcripts must be sent DIRECTLY from Sullivan High School in order to be considered “official”. Meaning a student can not send a transcript directly.
Some Universities require students to send “OFFICIAL” ACT scores. What this means is that students must go to the act web site to request their scores sent to that college/university of choice. Students/parents can go to www.actstudent.org and click on send ACT scores to do this. Students will be guided step-by-step on how to send scores to the college of their choice. I will be more than happy to assist students with the process.
